Ermaksan’s EPL 2.6x13 XPR300 plasma cutting machine and Power Bend Pro 3100x320 press brake runs in Finland thanks to the strong and long-lasting cooperation between our dealer and the end-user.
The end-user mainly operates as a subcontractor for companies that provide conveyor chains and recycling services. They manufacture the collection containers needed for scrap collection. In addition, the company specializes in the manufacture of various containers and tanks focused on waste treatment.
Our dealer and the end-user have been continuing their business cooperation for 20 years. The first machine was bought from our dealer at the turn of the 21st century and has been strong cooperation for now.
The company also invested in a new plasma cutting machine. The machine is one of the examples of top design and innovation by Ermaksan. In the plasma cutter, special emphasis has been placed on quality, both in the selection of individual components and in the control of the quality of work produced by the machine. The new fine beam plasma cutter has a bevel cutting feature that allows our customer to complete the welding bevels for assembly. As a result, they no longer have to make welding bevels by hand. Currently, the machine is employed to serve the company's own production, but since the machine has enough capacity to meet the company's own needs, they also plan to start selling out fire cuts.
